You SEE - platform for social innovations in youth employment
The project that BBA is implementing from January 2015, focusing on youth employment and how to use the social innovation tools to boost the skills of young people in order to give them more knowledge, skills and attitudes that can help them in labour market is the biggest project we run this year. Its financed by the European Union under the IPA funds and involves 7 partner countries. Project is applied by the association ADP-ZID association in Montenegro and involves, Albania, Serbia, FYR of Macedonia, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Turkey. All the partners associations of this project are also members of the regional youth network South East European Youth Network - SEEYN, where BBA is a member from 2008.
The first year of the project comprises of conducting field research in each country to address the issue of youth unemployment and what are the skills youth have, as well as to see what are those skills that labour market needs. In the following 3 years of the project, each of the 7 partners will work on creating more educational activities, policy suggestions and tools on social innovations that can help youth to become more employable. Through it we also aim at educating young people so they know their rights and responsibilities for the labour market, while giving them space and opportunity to learn about them and take lead to become more employable.
The 7 National Baseline Reports on forms of research study will be available after the regional meeting of stakeholder that is due in July 2015, that will be held in Novisad, Serbia.
