Our study visit in Vienna concluded with a session at WIENXTRA, a dynamic institution dedicated to youth development and empowerment. ๐
๐ Aldo Perez from the International Youth Work department provided an overview of their programs, which focus on fostering creativity, inclusivity, and global connectivity among young people.
๐ This visit offered valuable insights into designing youth-centered initiatives that encourage cross-cultural collaboration and equip young individuals with essential skills for personal and professional growth. The experience inspired us to consider similar approaches in Albania.
We sincerely thank Aldo Perez and the entire WIENXTRA team for their hospitality and for generously sharing their knowledge and experiences. Your work serves as a powerful example of the impact youth-focused initiatives can have on communities. ๐ค โจ
