In the role of Contact Point of SALTO SEE in Albania for the E+ and ESC Programmes, Beyond Barriers Association (BBA) is pleased to announce the launch of the Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Programme for Accredited European Solidarity Corps (ESC) Organizations in Albania, to be implemented throughout 2025.

This recurring mentoring activity is designed to support accredited Albanian CSOs in strengthening their capacity to implement high-quality ESC projects in line with accreditation standards and programme requirements.

🔹 What does the programme offer?

Participating organizations will benefit from:

• Structured peer-to-peer mentoring sessions
• Experience-sharing meetings with other accredited ESC organizations
• Targeted capacity-building activities focusing on:
  • Project management and implementation
  • Volunteer support and mentoring systems
  • Quality standards within the ESC framework

The programme will combine online and in-person sessions, ensuring continuous support, practical learning, and opportunities to build sustainable partnerships within the ESC network.

Additionally, based on participants’ interests and needs, the mentoring may also include introductory guidance on Erasmus+ Capacity Building in the Youth (CBY) action.

🎯 Objectives of the activity:

• To strengthen the capacity of Albanian CSOs to implement high-quality ESC projects in line with accreditation requirements
• To support organizations in navigating ESC procedures and building reliable partnerships with lead organizations
• To foster peer learning and the exchange of good practices among accredited ESC organizations
• To increase the number and readiness of active CSOs participating in the ESC programme in Albania

👥 Who can apply?

This call is open to ESC-accredited organizations in Albania that are actively involved or interested in strengthening their engagement in the ESC programme.
