On 4 June, Beyond Barriers organized a one-on-one advocacy meeting in Tepelenë as part of the project’s series of advocacy sessions with local institutions. The meeting gathered 13 participants (9 female, 4 male), including members of the Youth Council (KVR), municipal specialists, and representatives from the Youth and Culture Center. The session aimed to use the Policy Brief as a reference point for dialogue on how to improve the functionality of KVRs and ensure that they become effective spaces for youth participation in local policymaking.
