📌 Strengthening capacities for the European Solidarity Corps in Albania
Over the past weeks, Beyond Barriers Association, in its role as the Contact Point for Erasmus+ Youth and the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) in Albania, successfully organised two in-house support activities dedicated to organisations aiming to apply for the ESC Quality Label.
🔹 The first activity took place in Tirana, at the organisation’s premises, gathering 9 representatives from 5 organisations across Albania.
🔹 The second activity was held in Korça, in cooperation with local partners, bringing together 8 representatives from 5 organisations active in the region.
Through a practical, learning by doing approach, participants engaged in:
✨ Understanding ESC Quality Label standards
✨ Exploring the application process and technical requirements
✨ Reflecting on the role of organisations in delivering high-quality ESC projects
✨ Hands-on work on key elements of the application
These activities mark the beginning of a structured mentoring process, which will continue in the coming months to support organisations throughout their accreditation journey and strengthen the quality implementation of volunteering projects.
