Through the project “Youth Lead Fier – Strengthening Civic Engagement in Rural Communities”, implemented by Voice of Roma in Albania, young people from rural communities in Fier turned their ideas into meaningful civic action!

✨ 24 young people strengthened their leadership and civic participation skills.

📢 4 youth-led advocacy campaigns addressed issues affecting their communities.

💡 5 community initiatives were developed and implemented, demonstrating the power of youth-led action.

By connecting young people with local institutions and decision-making processes, the project contributed to building a more active, inclusive and engaged generation.

🤝 This initiative was supported through the Youth Hub for Western Balkans and Türkiye.
