On December 13, 2024, in Shkodra, our organization conducted a one-day training aimed at enhancing the capacity of youth workers from accredited organizations and municipalities to successfully located in the north of Albania to implement European Solidarity Corps (ESC) projects.

The training welcomed 17 participants representing 14 organizations, focusing on equipping them with the tools and knowledge required to manage impactful ESC mobilities. Through interactive methods, real-life case studies, and the sharing of best practices, the training addressed challenges and provided practical solutions for implementing high-quality ESC projects.

This initiative was organized to address the growing interest in the ESC program in Albania, where many organizations are either accredited or seeking accreditation but face challenges in project implementation. By empowering these organizations, the training contributes to increasing active participation in the ESC program and enhancing its impact in the region.

We remain committed to supporting youth workers and organizations in leveraging international opportunities to create meaningful change in their communities.
