Recently, a pivotal training session was conducted in Albania, aimed at empowering youth workers with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively implement European Solidarity Corps (ESC) projects. This initiative was a response to the growing interest in the ESC program and the challenges organizations faced due to a lack of trained personnel.
Participants:

The training saw enthusiastic participation from a diverse group of individuals. This included:
- Representatives fromorganizations/municipalities that have obtained the Reference Quality Label Number.
- Youth workers and coordinators from various associations.
- Members of the CP staff, serving as trainers and facilitators.
Activities and Learning:
The training encompassed a series of workshops and interactive sessions focusing on:
- Detailed guidance on the steps involved in implementing, evaluating, and following up on ESC projects.
- Strategies for enhancing the quality and impact of these projects.
- Hands-on exercises and case studies to apply the learned concepts.
