Ditën e premte, datë 29 shtator 2023, Projekti “Bashkitë për në Evropë”, në bashkëpunim me Agjencinë për Mbështetjen e Vetëqeverisjes Vendore, “Beyond Barriers”, “Salto See, “Europe Goes Local”, ka organizuar Ditën Informuese me temë  “Fuqizimi i të Rinjve në Nivel Vendor: Të afrojmë Bashkitë Shqiptare me Mundësitë në Nivel Evropian”.
Aktiviteti është organizuar me pjesëtarë të stafeve të Njësive të Integrimit Evropian në bashkitë e Shqipërisë.
Të pranishmit janë përshëndetur nga drejtuesja e Projektit “Bashkitë për në Evropë”, znj. Jolanda Trebicka, e cila ka bërë gjithashtu prezantimin e Anketimit të AMVV-së për Bashkëpunimin Ndërbashkiak në kuadrin e Strategjisë së Decentralizimit 2023 – 2030, si edhe prezantimin e pyetësorit dhe procesit të mbledhjes së të dhënave.
Z. Dragan Atanasov- Koordinator, SALTO SEE EGL ka bërë një prezantim në lidhje me zhvillimin e cilësisë dhe standardeve në punën rinore evropiane, duke folur konkretisht për praktikën e qendrave rinore në Maqedoninë e Veriut. Prezantimi I tij është shoqëruar me një seancë pyetje-përgjigjesh me përfaqësuesit e Njësive të Integrimit.
Znj. Ana Mullanji, BBA, Pika e Kontaktit për Erasmus+ dhe ESC në Shqipëri ka bërë një prezantim të partneritetit strategjik “Europe Goes Local”, ndërkohë që me shembuj konkretë ka shpjeguar se si mund të angazhohen dhe përfitojnë bashkitë prej këtij partneriteti, bashkë me mënyrën e përdorimit të Platformës WORKVIVO. Po kështu, Znj. Mullanji ka folur për përdorimin e sinergjisë së nismave të Erasmus + dhe European Solidarity Corps, si një mënyrë për të patur më shumë angazhim dhe zhvillim të kapaciteteve rinore në Shqipëri.
Drejtuesja e BpE, Znj. Jolanda Trebicka I është rikthyer shembujve konkretë të Qendrave Rinore Multifunksionale, të cilat kanë patur mbështetjen e vazhdueshme të Projektit “Bashkitë për në Evropë”, si dhe eksperiencës së suksesshme të shndërrimit të tyre në nyje për fuqizimin e të rinjve dhe kohezionit në komunitetet e bashkive tona.
Ndërsa Znj. Dafina Peci, nga Kongresi Rinor Kombëtar, ka folir mbi promovimin e punës rinore nëpërmjet sipërmarrjeve bashkëpunuese, dhe konkretisht rolin e Kongresit Rinor Kombëtar në formimin e liderëve të së ardhmes.

Beyond Barriers takes another leap in empowering Local Youth Work! 

Today, an impactful synergy of Beyond Barriers and Municipalities for Europe marked the path of progress as we jointly hosted the info seminar, “Empowering Local Youth: Bridging Municipalities in Albania with European Opportunities”! The mission and the main philosophy of the strategic partnership “Europe Goes Local” was introduced to an eager audience of 55 public employees from 55 municipalities of Albania, where value of youth work, opportunities and future plans were discussed thoroughly. 
Since the beginning of our collaborative journey with MfE in April 2022, Beyond Barriers as Contact Point of EU Programs in Albania, has been instrumental in the efforts to amplify the outreach of Erasmus+ and ESC programs by disseminating invaluable insights and information to the European Integration Units of the 61 Municipalities of Albania. 

A Glimpse into Today’s Seminar:
Held in the heart of Tirana, at the Palace of Congresses, this activity became a melting pot of diverse ideas and inspiration for advancing the agenda of Municipal Youth Work in Albania. Our invited guests embarked on a journey of discovery, exploring the vast potentials offered within the ‘Europe Goes Local’ strategic partnership and the synergies of Erasmus+ & ESC. 

 Our special guest from North Macedonia, Mr. Dragan Atanasov, the SALTO SEE Europe Goes Local Coordinator delivered an insightful presentation titled, “Developing Quality and Standards in European Youth Work– Practices of Youth Centres in North Macedonia”. In his presentation he offered a wealth of knowledge and insights drawing from long experiences and best practices in establishing youth centers. Mr Atanasov, touched upon the importance of youth work and youth workers role in the lives of young people, especially those coming from marginalized target groups.

Mrs. Jolanda Trebicka, Team Leader of the project “Municipalities for Europe” addressed the audience through an immersive speech on the topic “Municipalities for Europe: Pioneering Multi-Functional Centres as Hubs of Youth Empowerment and Community Cohesion,”. Mrs. Trebicka shared innovative strategies on how to support communities by establishing youth hubs that stand for youth empowerment and healthy society, while highlighting the importance of supporting and developing the EU Integration Units into stronger municipal assets that would support citizens towards the integration process of Albania. 

 Mrs. Dafina Peci, a prominent advocate for youth leadership and youth work development in Albania added the youth perspective to the panel. In her inspiring talk, “Catalyzing Youth Action through Collaborative Endeavors: The Role of the National Youth Congress in Shaping Future Leaders,” Mrs. Peci stressed the essential role of young leaders and youth organisation in the society. Illustrating her points vividly, she presented the working model of the National Youth Congress and highlighted the success and challenges of the title of “Tirana European Youth Capital 2022”, while calling for a strengthened collaboration among CSO-s and Public Sector.

 Mrs. Ana Mullanji, Executive Director of Beyond Barriers, a senior expert in the youth sector and Coordinator of the Contact Point of EU Youth programs in Albania, introduced the audience with the opportunities offered by “Europe Goes Local (EGL) Strategic Partnership” and ways how Albanian municipalities can get further engaged. She called for more cooperation while highlighting that the common efforts have a common denominator that is youth work and where both CSO-s and Public Sector should reinforce the efforts and come together to build sustainable models.
