On 9 December 2023, an informative session titled “What you should know about the new Erasmus+ Guide 2024 before applying” was held onsite, targeting youth associations and CSOs. This session was dedicated to unveiling the novelties and essential updates of the Erasmus+ program for the 2024 call.

Purpose and Content:

The main aim was to equip potential applicants, especially newcomers, with crucial information about the upcoming Erasmus+ calls, focusing on Capacity Building in Youth Work (KA2). The session utilized the recently published Erasmus+ Guide for 2024 as a primary resource to prepare organizations for their applications in the upcoming year.

Objectives:

• Informing about New Elements: Highlighting the new aspects of the 2024 Erasmus+ calls.
• Understanding Application Procedures: Clarifying the application process and technicalities for KA2 projects.
• Eligibility and Participation: Discussing activities eligible for Albanian organizations and detailing the supported documents required.

Participation and Interaction:

The event was attended by more than 30 organizations, including youth workers, coordinators, and project managers. It was organized into two sessions, providing ample space for addressing specific questions and offering detailed answers related to the Erasmus+ program.
