On December 6, 2024, in Tirana, Beyond Barriers Association in the role of Contact Point for the E+ and ESC Programmes in Albania hosted a one-day training focused on enhancing the capacity of youth workers from accredited organizations, and municipalities to successfully implement European Solidarity Corps (ESC) projects.
The training brought together 12 participants from 7 accredited organizations and 1 organization currently in the process of accreditation. With interactive sessions, real-life case studies, and the sharing of best practices from successful ESC projects, the training aimed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver impactful ESC mobilities.
This training was organized in response to the growing interest in the ESC program in Albania, with 26 organizations and municipalities already holding the Reference Quality Label Number and many others in the accreditation process. By addressing the challenges faced by organizations, particularly in managing ESC projects, this initiative aimed to increase the active participation of Albanian organizations in the ESC program.
We are proud to support the development of youth work and international collaboration through initiatives like these, contributing to the success of the ESC program in Albania and the region.*This activity is supported by SALTO SEE.
