The Youth CARE partners gathered online on the 28th of April to reflect on the recent training sessions and to coordinate the next phase of activities. The discussion highlighted the need to provide participants with more time to familiarize themselves with the EUAR training materials before fully implementing the activities. Partners also agreed to streamline the training format by limiting each training day to a maximum of four hours to maintain participant engagement.
Some partners shared their recent experiences, noting both successes and challenges. While participant targets were met in one of the sessions, low interest among young people was identified as an issue. To make future sessions more appealing, partners suggested incorporating outdoor and more interactive elements.
Looking ahead, the consortium reviewed the activity timeline leading up to July and coordinated on upcoming communication and dissemination efforts. A new training video will be shared with partners, who may add a voiceover if needed. To strengthen visibility, partners committed to improving coordination with TDM for promotional activities and contributing to key dissemination indicators, including TV appearances and expanding the project’s mailing list.
The meeting concluded with a reminder of the upcoming reporting deadline at the end of May, when partners must submit monitoring tools and activity documentation from the past six months. With continued collaboration and shared commitment, the next steps aim to enhance both the quality and reach of Youth CARE’s activities across partner countries.
