As the Youth CARE project reaches its final stage, the monitoring experts convened for a concluding meeting on the 4th of November, to assess the overall progress and impact of the initiative. The session provided an opportunity to look back on the full implementation period, review achievements and evaluate how successfully the project met its objectives.

Experts discussed the key outcomes delivered across partner countries, reflecting on what worked well and what could be strengthened in future initiatives. Challenges encountered during the project, ranging from logistical constraints to participant engagement, were openly shared offering valuable insights into the realities of implementation and collaboration.

The meeting also highlighted the lessons learned throughout the project’s lifespan, emphasizing the importance of continuous communication, adaptive planning and strong coordination among partners. These reflections will contribute to the final reporting and help shape recommendations for future youth-focused programmes.

With the project nearing completion, the meeting served as an important closing step in documenting results, consolidating knowledge, and celebrating the collective effort invested by all partners.
